Agility is the key to success in today’s increasingly fast-paced and advanced world. Everywhere we look, there is a sense of urgency that charges our actions and words. That is why it is important to evaluate the trajectory of our lives and their purpose. Human optimization coach, performance analyst, and passive income consultant Michael Hoffmann believes reflection and evaluation are the keys to long-term success, wealth, and good health.
Born to a small family in a rural town in Iowa, Hoffmann understands the everyday struggles of ordinary life. His town had no grocery store. life used to be slow and he had to travel 42 miles to get to school, but he made the most of it. His efforts paid off. Today he successfully holds an MBA and is a certified human performance analyst. He believes that persistent struggle that is backed by a long-term plan is always rewarding, and his personal and professional lives are examples of that.
In 2014, Hoffmann invested in a $70k estate in St. Louis as part of his passive income plan. At the time, he was working a job that paid only $1200 per month. He soon sold that house to buy a ski condo in Oregon, which was in turn sold for a $750,000 property in Tampa Florida. In addition to this, Hoffmann also has property in Eugene and holds multiple eCommerce stores and vending machine routes. Most notably, he is the co-founder of Passivepreneurs, a company that works dedicatedly to helping individuals worldwide generate passive income streams and financial freedom.
Through his work ethic and professional stoicism, he has managed to become a successful passive entrepreneur. Hoffmann is also a professional eCommerce and Passive Income coach, having tutored clients from states like Hawaii, Florida, California, and North Carolina. He loves teaching and believes that helping others achieve their goals is a feat unlike any other in its reward.
To Hoffmann, his true success isn’t measured by the houses he owns or the number of clients he coaches – it is his family. Unlike most people who believe being wealthy is about getting a platinum status on an airline, going on exclusive holidays, or having expensive wine, he believes his real wealth is being able to spend extra time with his daughter or a night out with his wife.
He partly credits his success to healthy dietary habits and lifestyle choices. Instead of wine, he prefers milk. Instead of streaming a movie in his free time, he prefers to walk, read, or meditate. These habits, believes Hoffmann, ensure longevity and promote efficiency. Health, he believes, is being able to do what you love without physical or spiritual limitations.
Individuals like Hoffmann show us the importance of traditional values and moderation today. Success is not about the number of things you can boast about, but what gives you peace and brings you joy. He believes it is important that we stop and reflect on why it is we even want financial independence and urges people to see that they should not have to spend more time at work than with their families.
