Surviving through tough times by building resilience and improving yourself is not easy, but it is the best thing to do in life. Yoga instructor Adriana Lee has inspired people through her journey and has set an example of how important it is to prioritize yourself and your mental sanity over everything since it’s the only way to survive the worst of situations. Usually, divorce is considered taboo, and women are expected to make wrong and unhealthy compromises. However, Adriana broke the barrier and got out of her toxic marriage. She took charge of her life and focused on building a career in teaching yoga and doing many other things that used to make her happy.
“Vulnerability takes a strong back, a soft heart, and a wild heart.” Adriana believes that being vulnerable does not mean that you are weak; instead, it shows your strength and honesty, and that’s what she chose for herself. She shares her journey with people through her content on Instagram and Tiktok. With her social media content and yoga classes, she tries to build a safe and healthy environment for people.
Adriana has an unstoppable energy that reflects through her yoga classes and also motivates her students. She has been an achiever throughout her career. She started to lead teacher training after her 200 Hour Yoga certification ahead of her original plan to wait five years to take 300 Hour Yoga certification, which gave her career a boost.
Throughout her journey as a yoga teacher, she has tried her best to teach every individual as per their body requirements. She does not believe in one fits for all. Her yoga classes are meaningful and challenging, leading people to understand their true strengths and capability.
On her official website, one of her students shared her great experience with Adriana in her yoga classes and said that “I’ve now taken several yoga classes with Adriana and she is absolutely amazing! She’s so knowledgeable about the human body and how each pose or stretch connects. She’s so encouraging. I highly recommend any and all should take a class with Adriana.”
Her classes focus on physical and mental strength building and finding peace in a world full of chaos, as she did. Happiness for her is living in the moment, which is what she tries to get others to understand instead of putting themselves through unnecessary pressure of the future and finding perfection in everything.
