The COVID-19 pandemic has struck devastation throughout most of the globe since its initial outbreak in China in December 2019. Those from the conflict-torn areas have been particularly heavily hit by the epidemic.
From amidst such times emerged a great talent, Ayah Ramadan, a successful TV presenter and producer at Al Aan TV, Dubai.
Aya is known for her world-famous talk show “Good News” on Al Aan TV. She not only presents the show in a highly admirable manner but also produces it by herself. The show has recently completed its two seasons of successfully shedding light on the life of social media influencers and content creators.
During the spring of 2020, the COVID-19 issue significantly influenced social life across the world. The sudden economic halt in 2020 severely harmed the mental health of everyone. Ayah found her way to success right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. She faced the obstacle COVID presented in front of all of us. It was hard for her to manage alone in Abu Dhabi. She had to learn how to become independent and live alone away from her family after they fled back to Syria due to COVID and at the same time how to fight for her dreams and passion.
Apart from an increased risk of loneliness as a consequence of social isolation, Ayah noticed that many socioeconomic groups are more prone to COVID-19-induced anxiety and depression due to their current job and financial loss concerns. She rolled her sleeves and jumped into it with all she’s got.
Ayah then joined Al Aan TV as a producer and proved her expertise and talent in presenting to start a 5 minutes segment of “Good News” from around the world, which later developed into her own 30 minutes show that she now produces and presents.
The socially dynamic and confident reporter soon found her place in the competitive TV world. Throughout her life, she was always outgoing and loved to meet new people and socialize.
“Studying never stopped me from doing extracurricular activities that helped me grow my social and communication skills and widen my horizons,” Ayah shares. She had volunteered a few times during high school, whether it was charity, hospitals, or just community service. Her social skills enable her to reach people, help them and talk to them. Socializing has always been easy for Ayah because she loves to learn about different cultures and a variety of people. “I enjoy talking to people from all around the world,” she states.
Ayah appreciates her work and every tiny thing she performs daily. Her life slogan is simple: enjoy what you do; true success is being able to do what you love every day.
The successful presenter also has had her picture on Dubai’s billboards twice as a part of the ‘Al Aan family, 2021.’ By her vibrant presence on-screen, the youthful presenter provides color to her audience’s life, motivating others to chase their aspirations and transform their lives.
