Starting a business from scratch is not an easy task. It takes a lot of dedication and solid commitment. Starting a business after quitting a thriving corporate career is even harder. Meet Konstantinos Synodinos who has been able to do both and has had his fair share of success in both the businesses he has launched. 

Story of success

Konstantinos Synodinos was born and raised in Athens, Greece. Throughout his childhood, he was an avid sports lover and later became a karate athlete. He studied Marketing in 1998 and got his MBA degree in 2006. After graduation, he started working as Regional Marketing Manager in Procter & Gamble and Diageo managing brands like Duracell, Braun, Ariel, Johnnie Walker, and others. He built his corporate career for a decade, till he decided to quit and establish his dream of entrepreneurship into a reality. He founded Champions ID in 2015 and Simply Digital in 2018. About his successful entrepreneurial journey, he says, 

“I started my 1st company after leaving my corporate career after 10 years, which was me attempting to bridge my 2 passions, Sports and business. And hence came up with the idea of a Marketplace of sports talent, aiming to help semi-pro and amateur athletes chase their sports dreams. The effort was really successful, creating ChampionsID.com which was awarded twice in Greece with the Greek Entrepreneurship awards and once in the US by the Obama administration in the Global Entrepreneurship summit of 2016 in Silicon Valley.”

His company, SimplyDigital.gr has emerged as the first outlet of digital services for small-medium businesses. It is a 6 figures Marketing agency working with 6 and 7 figures businesses in Greece and abroad. The aim is to help small businesses, providing them with professional consultancy services and enabling them to skyrocket their business through simple marketing. Konstantinos has been able to make a movement out of his company, as he uses social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram to educate people about developing successful entrepreneurial mindsets. Through his unique and helpful content, he has built a community of 1.5 million on TikTok and over 100k on Instagram. 

For Konstantinos, all that matters at the end of all successes and failures is, “The way you overcome that is simple and super difficult at the same time. Keep trying, keep evolving, keep adjusting and focus on maximizing the value you offer to others.”
