Meet Alpha Seif El Hakim – The MasterMind behind The Alpha Movement & Seif El Hakim Co.

Seif El Hakim, the founder, and CEO of Seif El Hakim Co. proves that nothing is unattainable if you are willing to step out of your comfort zone and actively work towards your desired goals.

Born and raised in Giza, Egypt, Seif was initially more invested in sports than his studies during his high school years. However, a relative’s derogatory comment about his academic standing became a turning point in his life. He dedicated himself entirely to his studies, became highly competitive in all aspects of his life, and, most importantly, learned to rely only on himself. “That moment completely changed my life,” he recalls.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Cairo University, Seif pursued his Master’s in Business Administration at Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States. Fueling his passion for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial finance, he also specialized in Entrepreneurship at Wharton University.

Seif kicked off his career as an Engineer at Orange Egypt, where he spent two years handling VIPs and network quality. He later joined Samsung Electronics as a product manager in South Korea, where his hardworking nature and commitment to work earned him success and propelled him to greater heights. As the Chief Marketing Officer in Samsung CIS regional headquarters, Moscow, Russia, he was responsible for the Marketing Communications, Partners Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

But Seif’s passion for entrepreneurship burned brighter, and he bid farewell to corporate life to start his own company, Seif El Hakim Co. His goal was to give back to others what he had learned from his extensive experience, to share his skills and help others succeed by providing coaching, mentorship, advisory, training, and public speaking courses and that’s the reason he started the Alpha Movement. 

As a true business leader, Seif prioritizes broadening horizons; he now stands as the Founder of 10xBuzz, Co-founder and global CEO of Momentum group of companies, and Vice President of Riversong Tech, EMEA. 

Seif also uses his social media accounts to document his daily life as a CEO, which has garnered 1.3 million organic followers. With determination and consistent struggle, he finally became the Alpha he had always envisioned himself as and focused on developing others into Alphas.
