Effective Exercises for Gluteal Goals

Diet is one part of the whole package. Along with diet, Shelby shares a variety of exercises that work like magic when it comes to achieving your gluteal goals. Personally, for her, as she explains in her TikTok video, deadlifts and good mornings are a couple of the most effective exercises. 

However, to take it up a notch and really get those muscles fired up, Shelby practices step-ups, B stance RDLs with dumbbells, and B stance RDL hip thrusts with a barbell. The main goal while practicing these exercises is to focus and squeeze your muscles during every single repetition for them to be effective. 

Other exercises Shelby has included in her routine and prescribes to clients are sumo deadlifts, banded hip thrusts, banded abductors, and light hip thrusts with pause and hold motions so that the muscle is appropriately squeezed. These exercises can be done separately or in sets for optimal results.

Along with a proper diet and effective exercise routine, what Shelby primarily focuses on is consistency. She has been in fitness for six years and knows you cannot attain your dream body overnight. As long as you are persistent, steadfast, and true to your goals, nothing can stop you.
