The Ministry of Health and the communities meet this Wednesday afternoon to establish the capacity and other restrictions that will mark the return of the public to mass sporting events. They will do so in a new meeting of the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System, at a time when the accumulated incidence stands at 653.81 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, 19 points less compared to the day before. The United Kingdom will not place Spain on its red list of countries with a high risk of covid-19, due to the fall in cases, according to The Times newspaper revealed this Wednesday.
